Technical Service Engineer 技术服务工程师

Job Responsibilities

(1) Responsible for the products' technical in the Netherlands. Fast response & a quick fix to customer’s request, travel for field service when it is required.
(2) Instructing installer for installation of the product, monitoring, maintenance, etc.
(3) Sorting&translating technical documents: Summarizing competitor's product and service information, and feedback to HQ for improvement.
(4) Customer training: Train retailer, installer, etc for the product&warranty procedure, etc.
(1) 负责产品在荷兰的技术: 快速响应并快速解决客户的要求，在需要时出差进行现场服务。
(2) 指导安装人员进行产品的安装、监控、维护等工作。
(3) 整理和翻译技术文件: 总结竞争对手的产品和服务信息，并反馈给总部进行改进。
(4) 客户培训: 培训零售商、安装人员等产品和保修程序等。

Basic Requirements
(1) Power electronics, electrical engineering and automation related majors are preferred, and relevant after-sales service experience in the power industry is preferred.
(2) Proficient in computer and office software operation.
(3) Be proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, have good communication skills and teamwork awareness, and have a strong ability to execute goals and plans.

Core Requirements
(1) The native language is Dutch or proficient in both Chinese and English.
(2) Possess a long-term legal work permit in the local area and is willing to engage in customer service work.
