What you’ll do
You'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring across technical product units
Develop, maintain, and execute talent acquisition strategies and act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring teams
Executive state of the art talent sourcing to identify, connect and headhunt key talents within Tech and Product space
You’ll bring innovative ideas to influence TomTom Talent Acquisition strategy
Be a real talent evangelist contributing to bringing TomTom’s innovation across relevant candidates and business network
Deliver top-notch candidate journey experience
You will bring strategic market intelligence on compensation, candidates’ engagement, talent landscape, and workforce strategy
Contribute to TomTom Talent Sourcing roadmap and other key Talent Acquisition projects
What you’ll need
3+ years of tech recruitment experience
Proven experience in partnering and advising technical hiring teams
Great understanding of business and tech talent landscape
Be naturally energized by working on complex customer problems with a diverse group of people
An innovative, agile, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with different cultures and levels of management
Thinking beyond Talent Acquisition to contribute to the broader People Experience
Be a natural team player, and you have a great sense of humor.
