About the job
Being a Tech Lead for Network Technology in the in the Resilience Services Platform domain, means you are responsible, together with your team, for the development and management of the networks used in our business . As a passionate Tech Lead you participate in the ideation of new cool initiatives. You lead the teams in creating a vision regarding the future of our network and support the teams to adopt it when developing new features.
You participate in standups and refinements, guide engineers and suppliers, design and develop specific configurations and setups, force quality, develop best practices, guides testing tests and manage releases. You support product or platform architects when needed, and are the technical point of contact for product owners and heads of tech.
More specifically, as Tech Lead you:
Lead the Network Technology team in creating and adopting a vision for all technical aspects of the network and the supporting processes;
Understand what new tools are interesting for our network and can improve our product;
Are a valued team lead, who facilitates and removes obstacles;
Put the organization in a position to deliver value as quickly as possible;
Ensure this is done using the most efficient tools and techniques;
Work closely with the Director, Platform Architect, Product Owner and our engineers.

An annual salary up to 100K, depending on your experience and based on a full-time workweek (40 hours);

At AH Technology you'll be working for one of the biggest food retailers in the Netherlands. To become successful as our new Tech Lead, you bring:
A Technology/IT Engineering Bachelor certificate or Master degree, or equivalent work experience;
Strong experience as a network engineer or lead in a network engineer role
Know your way around with WAN’s, LAN’s, SD networking and other network practices.
Is able to execute the tasks of the engineer as a working supervisor.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Outstanding communication in English (Dutch is not mandatory);
