Administrative support for central cluster teams (Franchises, Digital & Commercial Excellence, Human Resources, Payer Value & Patient Access, Legal & Compliance).
Reporting into Cluster General Manager.
Provide administrative support to dedicated team, cluster department with no team support.
Manage creative agencies, printers, promotional material custodians, promotional budgets and monitor campaigns.
Provide general support to the cluster and back-up to other team support function within the countries.
Carry out administrative activities related to the requirements of the anti-gift law and/or transparency.
Supporting brand and tactical planning, e.g. preparing internal and external meetings, follow up external meetings (incl registration of CME points per HCP, contracts, etc.), following up on the different versions of new promotional materials (including contact with the agency/translations service/printing service/etc.), following up on agreed timelines of marketing / commercial projects (including on and offline advert campaigns), arrange reports in time for brand team meetings and support in fulfilling review and approvals in Promomats / Veeva events / Purchase Order / etc.
Contribute to the administration and maintenance of the CRM database.
Place orders, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with purchasing standards.
Provide executive assistant support to the senior management team, including ticket booking, agenda management, administrative support.
Support with facility management.
Assist in health and safety management.
Experience in a commercial administration role either a sales support or marketing assistant position.
Proactive, with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
