Are you a Team Leader within Purchasing Administration who knows how to get the most out of our Purchasing Administration Team? Then we are looking for you. This is a new, challenging position in which we are looking for a cooperative team leader who will lead and guide the Purchasing Administration Team in a coaching manner. The team currently consists of 5 Purchasing Administrators who support our European organisation from our head office in Amersfoort (NL). The position has created due to the continues growth of our organisation.
You will be part of the Purchasing Team and you will report to the Manager Procurement.
Lead, support and prepare the team for future procurement developments
Provide clear directions to team members to achieve set goals and objectives
Encourage teamwork and resolve issues by creating a supportive and collaborative team spirit
Act both as an advisor and sparring partner to internal managers
Proactively provide insights, explanations, and suggestions for improvement
MBO degree level 4 or Bachelors degree
5+ year working experience, 3+ years in a leadership role
Solid knowledge of purchasing and accounting related processes
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch
Experience working in an international environment
Relevant experience in a similar position is preferred
