Job Description

As a Recruitment Team Lead, you are responsible for the development and execution of smooth high-volume recruitment processes supporting the growth of our business. Leading a team of driver recruiters, you will be giving your team members the guidance and direction needed to continuously improve their processes and candidate communication so that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Your Main Responsibilities will be...

• 
  Liaising with the internal stakeholders about recruitment needs;
• 
  
  Steering and managing the team to reach the recruitment targets;
• 
  
  Overseeing the performance of recruitment agencies, managing them to meet the KPIs and SLAs;
• 
  
  Translating recruitment needs to the recruitment marketing team and discussing feasibility with them as well as hiring managers;
• 
  
  Taking ownership for the recruitment processes and continuously improving processes;
• 
  
  Keeping contact with your international peers to share best practices;
