    Team Lead Customer Support EMEA

    Teamleader CAT EMEA GXO Amsterdam

    Your tasks as a Teamleader:

    As CAT Teamlead you are responsible for the processes and the team within your department. You are constantly managing and motivating your team, you also strive for process improvements.
    You work closely together with various departments within the organisation, with a focus on quality and operations. You are also responsible for the appraisal and coaching of your employees and you guide them through processes. You are responsible for quality and productivity numbers and you coordinate support activities within your department. As a Teamleader you are responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the department with a particular emphasis on managing CAT members and CSRs working regionally throughout EMEA.
    You report to the Supervisor/Manager

    Other tasks and responsibilities:
    • Manage team performance; develop CAT/CSR's by providing training and coaching;
    • Instruct, inform and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI’s and productivities).
    • Maintain a safe work environment with a positive team dynamic
    • Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams
    • Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions;
    • Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the department;
    • Continually strive to improve the processes of your department.
    • 1:1 support for CAT/CSR team members
    • First point of escalation for Pandora and other GXO departments
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL sites and other GXO regions (US/APAC)
    • Work on own initiative and as part of the wider CAT/CSR team
    • Conduct weekly team meetings
    • Acquire and analyse data to identify areas of process improvement
    • Ability to adapt and change processes to comply with region specific requirements
    • Review and approve the roll out of existing and new SWI's/QAB's
    • Have the ability to manage multiple processes at once
    • Have a keen interest in quality
    • Be able to work to tight deadlines and perform under pressure
    • Create and roll out process training to CSR team members
    • Working closely with on site leadership to ensure quality process maximisation

    What do you need to succeed at GXO?
    • You have at least three years of experience in a similar position
    • You have good communication skills at multiple levels in English
    • You have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude and you have a self-starting ability.
    • You have good knowledge of office software and WMS functionality.
