You and your job
Through the optimal empowerment of the Rabobank potentials, the strategy of the bank is realized. You can make a difference by advising and informing various board members about the talent management strategy and the correct allocation of talents in crucial positions. You will work closely with the HR leads and Talent mobility managers.
According to our talent strategy and vision you combine our talent approach with business needs and strategy to identify talents, create inclusive talent pipelines and provide talent solutions. Supporting senior leaders within our Rabobank organisation to motivate, engage and retain high-performing employees by identifying and driving opportunities regarding Talent Management and DEI within the (global) Rabobank organization.
Providing insight into the optimal use of the internal and external talent pipeline that needs to be in scope on Executive level;
Coordinate and implement our new vision on talent management in close cooperation with the HR Lead;
Have courageous conversations with our managing board and their MT’s where you speak up and challenge them on talent related topics.
Top 3 responsibilities
Supervising the succession planning process for MB and MB-1, key positions and key employees and executing succession management;
Generating data based insights for both business and HR leads.
Provide updates and steering data at MB and MB-1 level on the status of talent management such as pipeline, bench strength, target groups, data, etc. And steer GD and GD-1 in executing talent management initiatives in joint ownership;

The 15-20 people in Talent Management & DEI join forces to put the talent management and diversity strategy on the map and implement it for the purpose of creating high performing teams and thereby achieving the ambitious goals of the organization. Besides the Talent Managers the team consists of Talent Mobility Managers, Young Talent Managers, 1 Diversity, Equity & inclusion change-manager and Diversity, Equity & inclusion associates.

You and your talent
Academic thinking and working level;
Experience with Talent Management;
Being able to act in politically sensitive and complex environments with different business partners at different levels;
Able to make an impact on Executive level and feel empowered to speak up;
Networking is your second nature;
Excellent language skills (verbally and in writing) in English and preferably Dutch.
Focus on the customer;
Process-bases and analytic;
36 hours per week.
This is what we offer you
Up to €7799,- gross per month (scale 11)
A thirteenth month and holiday pay;
An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out;
