    Talent Management Director

    Responsibilities

    • Design and deploy the regional talent strategy tightly linked to our BEST10 ambitions, our Purpose and Cultural Pillars, while delivering against the capability and development priorities of your key clients.
    • Successfully embed talent solutions that effectively prepare our Primos to be their Best in delivering the BEST10 for Bacardi.
    • Build implementation plans that help HR Business Partners and Line Leaders quickly leverage the talent solutions to positively impact the business results and the Primo experience.
    • Coach and support our Primos to unlock their purpose, enhance their performance and deliver against their potential.
    • Cultivate a culture of belonging, wellbeing and growth through the championing and deployment of key global and local initiatives.
    • Lead the delivery of our strategic development programs, team, and executive coaching work.
    • Build a pipeline of next generation leaders who amplify our culture and deliver the next best 10.

    Skills and Experience

    • Successful experience in influencing and leading across matrix organizations
    • Proven experience in leadership or talent development and design
    • Experience in facilitating capability and development interventions
    • Depth of experience in leading succession planning at senior levels
    • Experience in a business partnering (HRBP) role to commercial functions, a plus
    • Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English required
