    In this talent acquisition role you will contribute to the success of our Career Center while working with a team of junior recruiters. Your responsibilities will be attracting, screening and selecting best new talent for our Team lead and Manager roles within e-Commerce operation and Albert Heijn stores.


    This is what you will be doing

    As Talent Acquisition Partner at Ahold Delhaize you will support the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy for various Operation departments such as Albert Heijn Stores and and e-Commerce. You will team up with 3 other Recruiters with whom you will together attract and hire for these vacancies. We operate as one team by sharing knowledge, working data based and agile. Our working language is Dutch. You will make impact on our organization by attracting the best talent, by being an expert on the labor market for your specific target group and by exploring the best fit between candidate and vacancy.     As Talent Acquisition Partner you dare to take the lead in the Operations Squad by setting out goals and dividing tasks in the Squad. Together with your team you brainstorm and set out actions to reach and excite our target group. As our team is aiming for a data driven recruitment process, you are responsible for evaluating our recruitment process, seeing challenges and opportunities, and informing the business partners based on data reports. In this role you are the first point of contact for all stakeholders, such as HR business partners and hiring managers. You also join in on the responsibilities of the other recruiters in your team: the first steps within our selection process (having intake interviews, sourcing candidates, building talent pools, performing the first screening of applications, and scheduling interviews).

    Your new workplace will be at our head office, right next to the Zaandam train station. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition is invested in the Ahold Delhaize Career Center. This is a relatively young department, which went live in June 2018. The department consists of several squads (teams) which all have their own expertise. This position falls within the Operations Squad within the Career Center team. We are a young team and love to incorporate the ‘fun’-factor in our jobs. In this role you report to the Manager Talent Acquisition Young Professionals and Operations, Anne Guit.

    • strong communication skills in stakeholder management
