    Talent Acquisition Partner

    As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting talented professionals and managing the entire talent acquisition process across the EMIA region. You will drive operational excellence within talent acquisition by supporting the local Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
    • Coordinate the recruitment process from application through to offer (by using our Applicant Tracking System - iCIMS):
      • Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, … to help identify and source qualified candidates
      • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
      • Screen and evaluate candidates
      • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
      • Organise, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
    • Manage talent acquisition projects which improve efficiencies for recruitment model, including talent identification, sourcing, assessment, selection, employment branding, social media, and onboarding
    • Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
    • Develop and implement strategies in the areas of resource planning and recruitment on an international basis, across the EMIA region at Hexagon PPM
    • Build applicant sources to identify high quality candidates by utilising internet, social media sites, universities, industry job boards
    • Leverage internal talent sources to drive mobility and employee referrals
    • Be an effective coach and positively influence department leaders in the recruitment area
    • Review key metrics and performance measures for the business such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possible
    • Help define talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
    • Develop HR policies and procedures
    • Minimum of 3 years working as a full lifecycle recruiter, preferably in an international organization. Some of this experience must have been gained working on an inhouse recruitment basis
    • Recruitment experience gained working within a software or technology environment, although this is not essential
    • Ability to work across a wide range of positions across the EMIA region
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems, ATS systems, Linkedin Recruiter & Boolean search methods etc.
    • Excellent oral and writing skills in English is required
    • Strong planning and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
    • Self-motivated, able to take initiative and work well as part of a team
    • Willingness to travel – 10%
