    Talent Acquisition Manager NL

    In today’s challenging Dutch labor market we are looking for new ways to optimize the candidate journey and increase the candidate and manager experience. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead this mission for our Talent Acquisition team in the Netherlands.

    As of this year we started working agile within the Global HR Centre, to optimize our performance, in order to adopt and evolve methods and practices meeting our customer’s needs. As Talent Acquisition Manager you will become the Product Owner of the TA Team and you will clarify and discuss objectives, set priorities and measures. You provide feedback on delivery, against goals and targets. You work closely with the People Manager of the team who is responsible for coaching, capability building, performance evaluation and personal and career development of the team members.


    This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and extensive talent acquisition experience, distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and requirements, creating a prioritized backlog for the team to work on. Most importantly, you will be helping us build and execute distinguishing talent acquisition processes and experiences that people are willing to recommend to others.

    As a person you are a self-starter with a “can-do” mentality. With your proactive, flexible and open-minded attitude you can work very efficiently, and you are a true communicator. You have the ability to stay focused on what matters most in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing. You feel just as comfortable discussing way of working with senior stakeholders as you are when you are participating in a team discussion on improving output and are able to adjust your approach accordingly.     • Fluent in Dutch and English – both verbal and written
    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business administration or an equivalent
    • Knowledge and experience with working agile is a pre
    • Knowledge of organizational (HR) processes
    • Experience with diverse target groups: interns, starters and professionals
    • Experience in organizing recruitment for both corporate and factory working environment
    • Experience in developing and executing Employer branding plans
    • Experience with proactive talent sourcing as part of the recruitment process
    • Actual knowledge of Dutch labor law

    • Stay up to date of internal and external market developments, make thorough analysis and apply these trends and analysis into your strategy

    • Set up and monitoring of the budget to execute strategy
