In-house Recruiter
ERM is looking for an In-house Recruiter to reinforce our multidisciplinary and international Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support ambitious and healthy growth within our business. Our team is currently working remotely, and will continue to offer flexible working after we return to office. The successful candidate could be based in our offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Utrecht or Amsterdam (or potentially other European offices).

Role Responsibilities
We are growing rapidly and our TA team helps our business achieve their goals through approaching, engaging and managing talent with niche skills in a highly competitive market.
We deliver recruitment with quality and efficiency through managing relationships within the business, understanding the markets within which we operate, and remaining curious! Like the consultants who embody ERM’s core activities, we are passionate and proud of what we do to contribute to a more sustainable world .
The main responsibilities for the EMEA In-house Recruiter include (but are not limited to) the following:
Work closely with hiring managers to co-develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that incorporate our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion values
Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate their recruitment needs, and encourage the following of the appropriate processes to launch searches.
Manage and coordinate recruitment processes to promote a positive outcome and excellent candidate experience
Proactively identify and reach out to candidates through all channels to promote a career within ERM and engage them in fruitful discussions/interviews
Through your own recruitment activity and internal relations, contribute to a positive impact on ERM’s brand as an employer.
Identify various sourcing channels across the EMEA region and work with recruitment coordinators and administrators to ensure that adverts are up to date
Maintain the talent pool and cultivate long term relationship with candidates to strength talent pipeline
Work on current vacancies as well as talent pipelining projects to support succession planning and other critical growth and hard-to-fill roles
Regular reporting on your initiative to ensure stakeholders are aware of status of ongoing searches
When required support in creating/consolidating partnerships with Universities, job boards or recruitment partners able to boost our Talent Pools and facilitate our recruitment process.
Our Ideal Candidate
We believe that the right candidate will have prior experience in sourcing passive candidates and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where they are comfortable prioritizing workload.
You enjoy building relationships and delving into the subject matters relevant to your recruitment activity. Through your experience, you are accustomed to understanding the drivers of both passive and active candidates, and pride yourself on being an efficient and trusted business partner.
You are comfortable engaging candidates via a phone / VC and working with social media. Excellent English communication skills are essential and Dutch/French/Spanish would be a plus.
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative Talent Acquisition team, and through bringing similar qualities, will contribute in consolidating our positive team atmosphere!
