    • Work within the Global Sustainability team, cross-functionally (e.g. with GSC, HGP, People, Commerce) and with relevant external stakeholders, using inputs from a diverse set of stakeholders building a narrative and recommended way forward for new initiatives and topics that will bring about measurable operational and sustainability benefits.
    • Where relevant and once approved/aligned, develop these initiatives into coherent goals for relevant functions and/or regions/OpCos, aligned to the overall BaBW 2030 strategy. Support with successful embedding of approved new initiatives in a pragmatic way with key stakeholders.
    • Support the Director Sustainable Enablement with driving consistency and alignment across all BaBW 2030 initiatives, enabling a smooth and coordinated engagement across regions and OpCos.
    • Develop and manage capability building/training programmes for relevant colleagues across functions, regions and OpCos on key sustainability issues together with other subject matter experts.
    • Ensure continual external focus with regard to emerging trends, risks and opportunities for HEINEKEN’s sustainability and responsibility agenda. Strong consideration for emerging external standards and best practices.

    Key Leadership expectations:

    • Leads collaboratively and with success in a cross-functional environment
    • Shows clear coordination skills and ability to synthesize input from several stakeholders
    • Self-starting team-player with strong engagement and influencing skills
    • Competence in identifying and nurturing relevant relationships with internal & external stakeholders

    • Taking a broad view when approaching issues using a global lens
