• Cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish
• Preparing vegetables
• Cooking sushi rice
• Responsible for meeting our quality and hygiene standards
• Ensuring proper storage and handling of goods
• Reporting shortages
• Handling wastage

Who you are:

• You have no problem working on weekends
• You have experience in the sushi industry
• You have a tidy and friendly appearance; you are able to communicate with our customers
• You are able to cut and prepare different types of fish
• You have high quality standards regarding yourself and your work
• You are aware of all health and hygiene requirements
• You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility for your performance
• And the most important thing: you must be enthusiastic about the brand and have the courage and motivation to infect everyone with this enthusiasm
