You will be part of the Integrated Business Planning department, which is leading the end-to-end planning alignment within supply chain and finance for Tommy Hilfiger Global and Calvin Klein Europe.
The key responsibility of this position is to create and own an integrated supply chain planning including outbound, warehouse processing and inbound planning, within PVH Europe’s brands. The Planner will be responsible to analyze demand signals and derive planning requirements along the supply chain, while considering constraints such as production and inbound capacity, production and logistics lead time and storage availability.
As a first step, the Planner will also support the development of the process in dedicated areas of the supply chain, along with the development of dedicated tools, to navigate from Excel based processes to automatized processes.
Next to the monthly planning cycles, the Planner will also be responsible for ad-hoc analysis and tasks supporting the development of the planning process and its accuracy.
To achieve these objectives, the Planner will be in constant collaboration with Buying & Planning, Inbound Logistics, Distribution Center, Order-Fulfilment and other Operations teams, ensuring the alignment, transparency and coordination with these stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
3 to 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning related functions
Experienced with supply chain planning tools
A master in PowerPoint and Excel (VBA is a plus)
High standards, careful about details, and able to switch from detailed operational processes to high-level planning overviews
Not afraid to use navigate through large amount of data and extract information from it
Comfortable understanding data science, and able to translate business logics into mathematics
Good at project management, problem structuring, planning, and strategic problem solving
Reliable, integer and honest, and looking for ownership
Pro-active and eager to develop yourself in a fast pace environment and young team
Excellent at communication, able to translate complex information into clear insights and comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership audiences
Ambitious, motivated to go the extra mile and able to perform in a demanding work environment
