your future role
As a Supply Chain Planning Manager you take full responsibility for the planning cycle of Lamers HTS, from Master Production Scheduling through Production Planning until Material Call Off. You take full accountability for production plan adherence as well as material availability and make sure the production mix allows for the production department to reach their productivity targets whilst maintaining proper stock levels. As a Supply Chain planning manager you consistently balance these targets whilst at the same time making sure that the customer is served On Time / In Full. As a member of the SCM management team you actively contribute to the definition and implementation of the Supply Chain Strategy.
Responsible for the complete planning process (MPS, Production planning, Material planning/material call-off);
You lead the Supply Chain planning department (+/- 12 FTE), including all HR related activities;
Responsible for the continuous development and improvement of the planning related processes;
Responsible for customer OTIF,
Accountable for Production Plan Adherence, Supplier OTIF, Inventory levels;
In this role you report directly to the Director Supply Chain.
Education and experience
At minimum a completed Bachelor level education in a relevant field of study;
At minimum 5 years working experience in Planning / Supply Chain / Logistics preferably managing supply chain projects;
Proven track record in planning optimization / improvement;
Profound knowledge of SCM processes (procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, APICS is an asset);
Excellent negotiation skills a team player and persuave,
Good communicative skills in English,
