    Job Description

    Herome Cosmetics is seeking a detail-oriented team player who excels in being organised and planning. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with 1-3 years of relevant experience who wants to work independently with minimal supervision after the initial onboarding phase of 3 to 6 months.

    The Supply Chain (Planner) Assistant’s time will be spent managing Herome Cosmetics’ inventory, stock (products and parts), particularly the planning of the production and stock keeping of Herome’s products and parts.

    The onboarding will be at our HQ in Almere. After the onboarding period working from home (partly) is an option which can be discussed.


    • Counting and tracking (manage) inventory across multiple locations.
    • Creating inventory reports and presenting suggestions to the supply chain manager.
    • Ensuring the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
    • Communicating with members of the supply chain team, including suppliers, manufacturers, and customers, to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the project’s status and well informed.
    • Administrative support for the supply chain manager.
    • Organize and maintain a planning for the logistics team.


    • At least a years’ experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics or equivalent field;
    • Strong knowledge and experience of spreadsheet, particularly MS Excel.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and(preferably) a basic understanding of Dutch;
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment;
    • Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan strategically and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel;
    • Interest or experience in the beauty industry a plus;
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software;
