    Rituals is growing. We are steadily expanding in new territories, opening new stores and growing our online presence. Think globally (USA, Asia, Middle East) and think around 100 stores per year. And our ambitions are growing as well. To ensure we can keep up with the growth, we are looking to add new talent to our Supply Chain to support and join in our growth ambitions!

    Supply Chain

    Supply Chain is organised in teams; Customer Fulfilment, E-com Supply Chain, Logistics, S&OP, Supply Planning & Inventory, Shop/Ecom Planning and SC Development. Our Head Office is located at the iconic canals of Amsterdam. To facilitate our international business, we have positioned two supply chain teams outside of Amsterdam. In New York and Hong Kong.

    Customer Fulfilment Our customer fulfilment team supports the Wholesale, Travel, Master Franchise and Corporate Partnerships (B2B) departments. Our focus is the Order to Cash process from end to end. Being the voice of the customer, we strive for an efficient, effective and scalable order to cash process. Our team manages all supply chain aspects from order management in our Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP to arranging logistics for our Key Accounts (Department stores, Perfumeries, Duty Free, Pure Players, Corporate Partners).

    E-commerce Supply Chain The name says it all: our E-commerce supply chain team is responsible for our online channels. We ensure the on time, in full fulfilment of all our B2C orders. In a true omnichannel fashion, we work closely with our Digital and IT teams. Orders are shipped out 1 of our of 6 E-commerce DCs, or via Click & Collect and Ship from Store from our Retail stores. Fast and reliable delivery is key, so we implement local hero carriers in our multiple carrier strategy. Personalisation is a key focus, such as delivery options, giftwrapping, greeting cards. We have exiting plans lined up for new DCs!

    Sales & Operations Planning Our S&OP team is in charge of the global demand planning for all Rituals product categories, sales channels and countries.

    During our monthly S&OP process we gather business inputs from our sales teams. We work closely together with the marketing team to translate all planned promotions into an optimal forecast and support a smooth execution. The S&OP team manages all demand related introduction activities and ensures smooth product launches. We agree on growth related business drivers with the financial Control team and translate all business insights into a rolling financial demand plan.

    To keep supporting our growth and reach our ambitions of running a fully integrated business planning process, we work with a state of the art forecasting tool, Logility.

    Supply Planning & Inventory “Without supply no sales” and that is the truth! Orchestrating Rituals the supply planning is not only one of the most complex, it is also one of the most valuable ‘rituals’. We secure global availability of products from our suppliers, as well as guaranteeing timely supply for our product launches, promotions and gifting season.

    To keep up with the growth we are actively investing in future-proofing our supply planning in a pro-active, automated and innovative fashion. We are improving all aspects of our processes in a phenomenal speed. Recently we upgraded our Planning system SLIM4 to be ready for the next years to come.

    Shop & E-commerce Planning Our Shop & E-Commerce Planning team is responsible for the automated replenishment of our 900 stores. Of course we take into account each stores assortment and unique sales pattern, optimal order advices ensure the stores get delivered sufficient supply 1-5 times per week.

    We also manage the replenishment of our E-com DCs to achieve the goal of keeping all items in full supply on our webshop.

    Logistics Logistics is the beating heart in supporting the growth. We are investing in capacity to support the B2B and B2C growth in Europe, USA and Asia. Automation, robotisation and mechanisation are key ingredients to make this growth happen in a profitable way.

    For peak moments in the business such as monthly new product launches, Mother’s Day and Christmas sufficient pick/pack/ship & storage capacity is critical. We also drive innovative programs to help our Retail stores with timely deliveries. Last but not least, we provide reliable deliveries to our key accounts via pre-alerts and booking slots.

    Our Retail Shop Logistics team ensures timely delivery and customer support to all 900 Rituals stores worldwide. We support the paperless in-store goods receipt & inventory accuracy processes via the In-store Logistics EVA App used by all shop managers.

    Supply Chain Development TeamThe Supply Chain Development Team is responsible for managing strategic and cross-functional supply chain projects. The team has defined one way of working for project management across the entire Supply Chain department, stimulating everyone to participate in one or more projects to help support Rituals growth. While the business teams mentioned above are running the supply chain operation – this team helps managers and teams take a step back and look at vision, strategy, and future aspirations with an aim to develop capabilities for the next stage of supply chain maturity.
