New Position: Supply Chain Assistant Manager (based in the Netherlands)
Role reporting to: Senior Supply Chain Manager
Order Management & Export Documentation
Responsible for the order processing for European markets in sample requirements and order fulfillment.
Generate PO to factory, ensure accurate and timely order processing and shipment coordination with factory and distributors.
Communicate well with internal sales team and stakeholders to understand the market requirement for each order.
Issue export documentation (invoice, packing list, export certificates) for each order based on country’s regulations and customer requirement.
Supply Planning & Logistics Management
Inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
Based on demand rolling forecast, develop a supply planning for multiple markets, communicate and validate with factory.
Engage freight forwards to confirm airfreight and sea freight bookings for various countries. Engage logistics companies for inland transportation within EU.
Follow up goods release documents from factory and coordinate shipments with logistics parties.
Verification of freight bills to each order and update report.
Prepare and update shipment reports for all orders.
Minimum Diploma in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in customer fulfilment, logistics or any related supply chain function
Understand export procedures and experience in issuing export documentation
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Well verse in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
Team player, proactive and takes initiative to perform all rounded operational roles
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €3,000.00 - €6,000.00 per month
