    Supply Chain Analyst

    Lovevery is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer startup co-founded by successful US based serial entrepreneurs. Our mission is to help parents feel confident they are giving their children meaningful development experiences in the critical early years of life by creating a platform with information and beautiful products to help support them along the way - all created with the help of child development experts. To achieve that with consistency, Lovevery needs to be operationally excellent in every way.

    In order to help us achieve that, we are looking for a junior level Supply Chain Specialist to oversee procurement, inventory tracking, and data management within the EU operations department at our office in the heart of Amsterdam. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

    You'd be perfect for this role if you have the following attributes:

    Analytical Intelligence – You are naturally analytical and you like to consider different scenarios and ways to solve problems. You are interested in logistics and operations and are able to think through “what-if” scenarios related to supply chain decisions and trade-offs.

    Communication – This is a connective role with important interfaces across product development, procurement, engineering, and sales. You are detail oriented and organized in your messages and articulate in face-to-face interactions, you are able to articulate your reasoning and ask for clarification to ensure you fully understand requests and requirements.

    Project Management – You are highly organized, possess a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and a keen sense of urgency. You are results oriented and you tend to make decisions in a structured way.

    In this role, you would be mainly responsible for - but not limited to:

    • Create and Manage SKUs for the EU market working closely with our US counterparts, ensuring the information is as complete as possible
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel/Gsheets to track and analyze operational data
    • Create, update and finalize POs for our various product lines, ensuring costs, units, ETA/ETDs, shipping addresses etc remain accurate throughout the procurement process
    • Become a key user of Netsuite, our warehouse and other shipment systems to manage all aspects of the procurement process
    • Maintain our demand planning model with the most updated information in regards to products, quantities, shipment status, delivery dates, delivery tracking info etc
    • Work closely with accounting to assist in receipt and inventory costing inquiries

    In a nutshell, you are/have:

    • Ready for this exciting opportunity with 1-2 years of experience under your belt
    • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical major such as accounting, finance, mathematics, business or a similar analytical field (required)
    • Able to structure large problems and break them down into solvable and explainable components
    • Skilled at building and maintaining spreadsheets and models (Gsheet/Excel)
    • Naturally curious with a can-do attitude and a desire to expand their skill set within operations and procurement
    • Able to accurately aggregate information across multiple data sources in order to problem solve and answer questions
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to multitask and prioritize while working across multiple projects
    • Experience with ERP systems, procurement and inventory modules (preferred)
