    As part of the Special Products and Refurbishment department you will get the opportunity to have a wide range of responsibilities where you can leverage your creativity and technical knowledge. You will be leading a team who is responsible for the addition of (new) technology or features to our older systems.

    Tasks and responsibilities

    • Lead a team of technicians - provide hands on support where needed
      • You will take care of delegating tasks and responsibilities
      • You will guide, motivate, and assess employees
    • Take lead in a creative way for Special Products projects
    • Work hands-on on semiconductor equipment at times
      • Assembly and testing on Mechanical/Electrical/Vacuum installations
    • Collaborate with different departments, procurement, logistics and warehouse
    • Continuously assess the quality and progress of the projects
    • Enforce guidelines, rules, and procedures with regards to the performance of the tasks
    • You will report to the Manager manufacturing
    • Manage your own parts/ materials inventory

    We could be a great match for each other if you:

    • have at least 5 years of experience with managing a team
    • have a MBO/Bachelor degree in a mechanical field
    • have at least 5 years of experience with fine mechanics
    • have experience in Pneumatic techniques, Mechanics and Electrical Assembly
    • are be able to read and understand (technical) drawings
    • have experience with techniques used for building gas lines and mechanical activities
    • have experience with (measurement) tools
    • know how to follow Health & safety and quality guidelines
    • are be able to speak and read in English
    • SAP knowledge is preferable
    • Capable of managing your own team and drive efficiency improvements etc.
    • Creative thinking
    • Able to communicate with senior management and provide clear status/progress updates
