    Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst

    As a FedEx Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Analyst, you will support the SWP team in delivering exceptional service to our internal customers. This involves maintaining the systems which support our job profiles, job descriptions and organizational blueprints. Providing subject matter expertise on job profiles and being the link between the SWP team and relevant data within our HR platforms.

    Region of Responsibility: Europe

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Design and maintain job profiles, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy
    • Maintaining job descriptions and organizational blueprints
    • Providing reporting and analytics for the strategic workforce planning (SWP) team
    • Creating and maintaining SharePoint websites
    • Supporting SWP Advisors in the design requests received from Europe
    • Provide administration support to the SWP team
    • Support on key projects such as organizational health assessments
    • Provide subject matter expertise on job profiles and related areas

    The ideal candidate will have:
    • Broad knowledge and experience of working within an HR function
    • Knowledge of HR platforms such as Workday, AskHR or OrgVue
    • Experience using Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint, PowerBI and Excel
    • Ability to work across new tools and technology that get implemented
