    Strategic Human Resources Manager

    This is how your assignment looks like

    As our Strategic Human Resources Manager you will be in leading and implementing our major HR projects across all countries for our clubs and for HQ.

    You will be in close contact with our Head of HR and our HR Managers to operationalize our HR strategy. You will have the opportunity to review and improve our Employee Experience globally.

    You will be leading majors projects like: optimizing our performance appraisal and development program, improve our talent identification and succession planning, put in place an international onboarding, review our ways to measure engagement, and much more.

    You think you are fit for this role? We are looking for someone who is interesting by leading HR projects internationally and put in place strategic initiatives for our People. You are able to drive the HR agenda and facilitate consensus between stakeholders.

    The position can be located in any of our HQ in Hoofddorp NL, Jette, BE or Lille, FR. Travelling to our HQ in Hoofddorp, NL will be required on a regular basis.

    Your main responsibilities:

    • As Strategic Manager you lead global HR projects (from design through delivery to continuous improvement)and support HR infinitives across all countries

    • You steer and coordinate efficient collaboration of subproject teams

    • You define change management strategies to guarantee acceptance and proper engagement of all concerned parties

    • You are able to define the future state for HR and propose initiatives to get there

    • You strengthen the collaboration and stakeholder management across HR Managers and Specialists as proactive partner to understand, evaluate and improve our processes

    • You keep an overview of all ongoing global HR projects and ensure alignment between all ongoing (re)work

    • You are able to define the future state for HR and propose initiatives to get there

    • You set-up and maintain project plans

    • You support the improvement of our HRIS system, Workday, with a strong focus on reaching an overall smooth, integrated and streamlined employee experience

    • You coordinate follow-up timing and resource planning

    • You supervise, control and document project progress, incl. project cost controlling

    We ask:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources with a combination or relevant experience.

    • 5 years of experience as HR Specialist or HR Advisor.

    • Ability to innovate and see outside of our traditional ways of working.

    • Like to work autonomously but also in team.

    • Desire to work in a fast-paced organization.

    • Interest in HRIT, knowledge of Workday would be an asset.

    • Good knowledge of HR good practices and trends.

    • Can do mentality and focus on action.

    • Knowledge of French would be an asset.
