Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
You are part of a bigger team, and the entire team is responsible for making the guests dream come true.
Being in the know: you are the expert when it comes to our public areas, rooms and hotel facilities.
Ensure you are following service standards and operating procedures from the beginning to the end of each process. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
You will be working in a fast paced environment, under pressure. Gotta love it.
We are ALL-IN, and have more teams that we cooperate with
Process the income of goods, discharge trucks, check goods by means of consignment notes and file, register and book these in system
Create purchase orders in inventory (Adaco)
Check goods to be returned on damages / state / condition and if needed unpack or repack goods
Storage of goods in therefore designated places ( manually or by means of trolley)
Ensures to work while complying to procedures such as: safety, Arbo, HACCP, FIFO
Check if orders are correct and complete
Prepare orders and check amounts and categories of prepared orders
Ensure to register complete and correct peculiarities
Periodical stock count
Register movement of goods between departments
Take responsibility to keep own workplace clean and in good state
Close corporation with B&F outlets
Respond promptly to requests from Cost Controller.

Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role
Fluency in Dutch and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Work Permit for The Netherlands is required.
Standard working days are Tuesday – Saturday
This is a physical role, you need to be ready for that.
