Result areas of the department
Oikocredit is implementing a more mature process of implementing change. One of the main topics is furtherdigitalizing the workflow. For our inflow (investors) and outflow process (investments) we currently have two Scrum Teams to analyse, develop and implement Salesforce as a tool to digitalize.
The Salesforce teams are part of the IT Delivery Unit and are responsible for delivering Projects and Change Requests on the Salesforce platform.
The teams are responsible for:
Analysing and defining project requirements;
Solution designing, deploying, documenting and testing of new features;
Connecting Applications through integrations;
Creation of User Manuals and providing training;
Assuring the right level of IT security;
Handover to BAU (Business As Usual – Run side of IT);
The scrum master's responsibilities include ensuring that scrum teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.
Result areas of the job
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Tracking project processes, deliverables.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications, skills, and experience
Vocational (equal to ‘HBO-level’ in the Netherlands) in Information Management, Information Technology or other relevant field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
Certified Scrum Master or willingness to certify within first 3 months
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
Leadership and management experience
Excellent people and project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English
