    What will be your main tasks?

    General Tasks

    The Spa Director leads the Anantara Spa in Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in the day to day operations. Through a result driven approach the SD achieves sustainable growth through analysis of business performance, performance, generate demand, develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners, guests and employees. In this role the SD reports directly to the General Manager. At Anantara, we are proud to represent our hotel and our country to guests from all over the world. We treat our guests and colleagues with respect, and work hard together to deliver the highest quality of service to all.

    Key duties and responsibilities

    • The Anantara Spa is consistently operated to the agreed standards
    • The guest experience is consistent, this is reviewed and corrected when standards are not met.
    • The operational and financial figures are reported punctually and accurately.
    • The annual budget is followed upon and the business performance against the budget is monitored closely.
    • Promotions are developed and implemented and monitored to enhance revenue.
    • Pricing strategies are applied to generate maximum profitability for the Spa.
    • Relationships with business partners are well maintained and clear communication is present.
    • The Anantara Spa team members are continually developed and challenged to maximize their potential. Training targets are set and achieved.

    The ideal candidate:

    • A graduate from a business education or hotel management school on Bachelor level.
    • Minimum of 3 years as Spa Manager experience in luxury properties
    • Spa therapy knowledge
    • Portrays a professional image to maintain and enhance the reputation of the Anantara brand
    • Strong knowledge of spoken and written English
    • Result driven
    • Highly motivated and able to teach leadership skills
    • Positive attitude toward leadership and team work
    • Ability to relate in various cultures.
    • Well-groomed and articulated
