    Social Media Internship

    ZOO is an international platform that celebrates art, fashion, architecture and design through high end publications. Using an interdisciplinary approach, we curate collectible magazines, timeless in their eclectic and exclusive content. Our magazines include high profile subjects from the world of science and philosophy as well as the arts, through journalism and shoots, we present well-researched and in-depth articles. Integrating both emerging and established talent, ZOO is an inclusive publication that reflects the diversity of the industries it works with, representation being a longstanding value of the platform.
    ZOO Magazine is seeking a Social Media intern to join our tight knit team part time for 4 months. In this role you will get the chance to run our Instagram and Facebook channels, conceptualizing a strategy and aesthetic that will help elevate our Magazine and increase its reach and following. As an arts publication, it is incredibly important that we maintain a visually strong online presence. As per the responsibility involved in this job, we are looking for a motivated individual who can work well independently as well as a part of a team, receiving feedback from our Head of Production.
    ZOO Magazine is centered around arts, design and fashion and therefore someone with interests in any of these sectors would be desirable. We are passionate about the content we create and it is important that our Social Media intern shares this sentiment, in order to make our Instagram and Facebook as engaging as possible the best it can be.
    Social Media interns are provided a monthly stipend of €150.
    We work from 11:00 - 19:00, part time: 3 day a week
    Start date: 10th January
    • Creating layouts for both articles and fashion shoots
    • Communicating with Head of production
    • Develop high-quality social media plan
    • Present and execute ideas
    • Monitor brand-related conversations and content
    • Manage social media and YouTube community management
    • Education or professional experience in Marketing or Social Media (Higher education, not first years)
    • Good knowledge of photoshop
    • Type setting
    • An eye for layout
    • Knowledge of SEO and digital strategy
    • Fluent in English both written and spoken
    • MS Office, Adobe software
    • Attention to detail
    • Great communication skills
