As a Social.Monks intern you will be part of our Social Strategy team and work closely with our social media and influencer strategists. You will provide support for a variety of tasks, including qualitative research, competitive analysis, trend tracking and reporting and support strategist in finding the best insights to inform their decisions. You have a strong knowledge of social media dynamics and are comfortable navigating and creating content on social media platforms, you are passionate about finding the best new thing and you can tell the difference between a hype and a trend. You enjoy finding disruptions and innovative ways to do Social Media. You navigate confidently in the digital world.

In this role you will:
Support the social and influencer strategist in researching, tracking trends, and finding marketing and consumer insights.
Collaborate across all agency sub-teams to provide knowledge about the last Social Media Features and technology advancements.
Assist in Research and strategy in collaboration with the team.
Research news and new developments in social media and the influencer marketing field;
Support the Social Strategy team with general executional work;
Support the Social Strategy team with internal assignments for the Social Innovation Lab Project.
Currently enrolled on a Bachelors or Masters in digital marketing/analytical related study;
Data-driven and a love for consumer and market research;
Curious about analysing industry insights;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams;
Creative thinker and team player;
Fluent in English - other languages are a plus.
We are looking for a regular internship with a duration of minimum 5 months, starting in February or March.
Please note this is not a graduation internship (unfortunately there are no thesis possibilities).
It is also necessary to be registered at a Dutch address during the time of the internship.
