A closer look at the role and responsibilites:
Establish and drive a pragmatic and efficient People PMO practice
Coordinate and drive the annual People (HR) Calendar and related initiatives
Support the Global People partners to structure and drive people related initiatives in their BU/SU/Region Partnering with COEs and People Services as part of executing people related solutions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assure quality and delivery
Support the planning and co-ordination of annual HR cycle execution (including performance calibration, talent reviews and engagement etc.)
Manage external partners and vendors, 3rd party management Manage People project managers and act as project manager upon need

Have 8-10 years of experience in managing transformation programs and/or complex projects.
Are experienced in the field of HR and HR IT.
Are empathetic to different styles and cultures.
Are strong on content and delivery using compassionate leadership – especially building relationships.
Can work in a virtual community in a matrix organization.
Have strong personal impact and influencing skills.
Are a self-starter and have intrinsic motivation for delivering excellent results.
Consider yourself to be an enjoyable colleague who goes the extra mile for the team result.
Have a Master’s degree in business administration, HR or Economics.
Bonus points if you have experience in an international technology firm and/or have worked and lived in different geographies, preferably in Asia Pacific, North America or Europe.
