    As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work on a highly visible, flexible and collaborative team in a fast paced semiconductor equipment manufacturing environment. The Senior Business Analyst will support Manager, Senior Manager and Director of Finance and control for a specific business segment. In doing the Senior Business Analyst will help to resolve complex business challenges, establish business metrics, and provide insights into future business endeavors. The ideal candidate is a creative and passionate analytical problem-solver who acts quickly, is comfortable in a hands-on role and is motivated to develop new approaches. This position requires a solution-oriented candidate with a combination of business acumen, knowledge of financial best practices, and an foremost an analytical mindset. The candidate must have the ability and flexibility to work globally with diverse stakeholder groups to solve business problems and provide data driven solutions that are organized and simple to understand; good communication skills are a must. This position will report to the Senior Manager or Manager Finance and Control for a specific business segment.


    • This position will require the application of business and financial acumen to support the Senior Manager or Director Finance and Control and various levels of Operational and Financial decision makers with data, analysis, metrics, process creation/improvement, and operating model alignment.
    • Business Partnering within Finance and Control that builds professional relationships based on trust, respect, and delivery of results.
    • Support developing proactive projections for Profit & Loss supporting the business unit leadership team with projected and actual spending through weekly, monthly, & quarterly reporting and reviews.
    • Analyse business expenses and understanding R&D spending trends versus forecast/estimates.
    • Prepare and analyse monthly financial results and forecasts for the company’s financial operations, external reporting, and monthly operations reviews.
    • Budgeting/Forecasting/Estimating/Actuals: Quarterly/Annual budget preparation. Monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis to actual results.
    • Ad-hoc analysis and designing/executing solutions to automate ongoing activities such as data mining, financial modelling, and OpEx forecasting. Automation will be key.
    • Communication & Coordination: Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.


    • Collaboration with R&D and departmental management on their plans and spend
    • Ability to interact and influence other Business Units across the organization
    • Analyzing and evaluate R&D and departmental costs
    • Preparing financial forecasts and budgets
    • Accounting principles and best practices of cost accounting
    • Experience in making presentations to department, senior and middle management
    • Previous experience with fully integrated SAP, ERP systems
    • Experience working in a global organization


    • BS/MS Degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA is preferred
    • 0- 7 years of work-related experience in semiconductor manufacturing of similar high technology manufacturing environment.
    • CPA Certification is desirable
