Customer Service for our retail stores: ensuring in-full and on-time delivery throughout Europe
As a Shop Logistics Coordinator you are responsible for the customer service towards Rituals stores. Specifically for the order process, initiating replenishment from our distribution center to our stores across Europe.
In order to ensure in-full and on-time shop replenishment, your main tasks and responsibilities as a Shop Logistics Coordinator are:
Coordinate the order process (including invoicing and dispute management), initiating replenishment from our distribution center to our European stores
Facilitate our shops with their instore logistics processes regarding cycle counts, return orders, order receipts and stock adjustments
Answer and coordinate all non-commercial questions from our local retail teams
Manage the open order portfolio and final mile deliveries (ensuring all our stores are delivered in-full and on-time)
Weekly performance reviews with your local teams and co-create plans to deal with upcoming events
Help eliminate inefficient processes by participating in improvement projects
Are you a Shop Logistics Coordinator that is a great communicator? Do you know how to set priorities and deliver on outstanding customer service? Then we’re looking for you!
Do you also have the following experience?
You have two or more years of relevant work experience in supply chain or related field
Your English is fluent and a you have good command of Dutch
You are tech savvy, knowing your way around ERP systems (we use DAX)
Experience within FMCG would be a great addition
