    Shared Services Delivery Lead for Europe

    This is a great opportunity for you to join the Ship-To-Collect (STC) Europe Delivery Management Team as a Shared Services Analyst-Senior.

    This position is open to applications from EU.

    You will have an opportunity to become part of the team managing our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for our European STC processes, with cross regional alignments and transformational activities we are at the heart of the of the Shared Services organization. In addition, you will be working alongside our stakeholders, Customer experience, Sales & Operations, as well as other finance teams in RTR and PTP.

    Our team is targeted to improve STC performance, reducing bad debt a ensuring we deliver best in class Customer Experience.

    To be successful in the role you will have:


    • Experience in managing BPO
    • Strong leadership skills and desire to deliver
    • Process design & project management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to present information clearly through excellent story telling using different media appropriate to the audience and situation.
    • Ability to understand the Company’s strategy and business model, translating that strategy into best-in-class STC processes
