    Your Role and Responsibilities

    As an ServiceNow Administrator you will be part of the Service Integration Team. This team delivers Service Mgt process and tooling for the ABN AMRO account. As well as support for ABN AMRO DevOps teams implementing and running Service Management and Integration processes.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    ITIl -3 Expert level
    ServiceNow Admin level
    Significant ITSM implementation experience.
    Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
    Team-player
    Experienced in Agile/Scrum development

    Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
