As a Service Design Intern, you:
Get hands-on experience as part of a creative design team
Participate in design co-creation sessions, research and evaluations
Support qualitative research using design research techniques
Support in the qualitative analysis of findings and sense-making
Support in the visualisation of ideas and insights
Support designers in different ways of working

The role is based in our Amsterdam office (although we are currently all working from home, we hope to be able to be back in the office in the future).
Be a student or recent graduate (master degree) from an education institution in the areas of design or a related field
Have interest, experience and knowledge about service and interaction design, methods and tools
You are an excellent researcher and able to digest insights from a variety of sources and information.
You are able to translate those insights into ideas and prototypes
Be organised, attentive to detail & flexible
‘Here to help’ & ‘Can do’ attitude
Care for graphic design quality of deliverables
Experience with software like Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma is a plus
Communicate ideas in excellent English (Dutch is a plus)
