    Service Delivery Analyst

    Day-to-day operational responsibility for end-to-end Local IT Service & Delivery in the region Center in the Local IT EMEA - Western European Team

    • Leads a team of multiple Local IT engineers operating in the center region of Western Europe

    • Responsible for daily operational activities at Multiple DCs & Plants and RFC headquarters

    • Coordinates the deployment of centrally led IT initiatives.

    • Is a subject matter expert on IT services, technology and installed base of IT components.

    • Carries out the planning, testing, installing, maintenance and support of the IT Solutions

    • Focusses on continuously improving operational IT Services and it's processes.

    Vacancy description

    The Service Delivery Analyst supports day to day delivery of IT services and ensures availability of ICT infrastructure to support the business to achieve its goals using well guided and approved principles, policies and procedures. And acts as point of contact for local stakeholders, to address questions and concerns regarding IT Services and support.

    The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for the performance of Local IT support in the Western Europe Central region coordinating a team of support engineers and reports reguarly to the regional Service Delivery Manager.

    The Service Delivery Analyst leads the deployment of IT solutions and/or service improvements in region Center. He or she can operates as well cross-region within the Local IT Western European organization.

    The Service Delivery Analyst embraces an Agile way of working and promotes adoption within his team. The Analyst secures that operational and project related activities will be planned in Sprints to be finalized in a structurally and timely manner.
