    Service Coordinator

    Region NCE > SBU NCE Service> Service Benelux
    Vestas Benelux is a local Sales Business Unit (SBU) with its main office in Arnhem. The SBU sells, constructs and services wind Turbines in the Netherlands, Belgium, Aruba & Curacao. The Benelux organization employs approximately 120 employees in the Netherlands.


    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain 12 months rolling trainings plan
    • Coordinates on-site and off-site trainings
    • Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections, and maintenance of fleet management
    • Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current user needs
    • Serves as the registrar for all technical and safety training, keeping up-to-date course schedules, participant lists, and related logistics
    • Creates Purchase Requests for the Service department in SAP, including the creation and maintenance of vendors in the ERP system
    • First point of contact for vendors and internal invoices and payments

    Qualifications

    • Senior secondary vocational education
    • Proven skills and experience of the MS office package
    • Experience with SAP or similar ERP-systems
    • Knowledge of organization processes and systems is preferrable
    • Proficient in Dutch and English

    Competencies

    • Enthusiastic and likes to take initiative
    • Good communication skills
    • Result orientated and customer focused
    • Good financial insight
