The Security & IT Risk Awareness team is part of the Centre of Expertise Risk. 25 talented people of the Centre of Expertise Risk work together to implement the digital security ambitions. For this specific Security & IT Risk Awareness Professional role we are looking for top candidates who bring added value on IT Risk and/or Risk management to the team and know how to strengthen risk aware behaviour. • Academic background or higher education
• A minimum of 3-year working experience in fields related to corporate learning or training
• Security & IT Risk savvy
• Strong communication- , presentation- and training skills
• Pro-active attitude
• Focus on innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to translate complex subjects into actionable solutions
• Knowledge of and experience with project management and an Agile/DevOps way of working
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (preferable)

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between € 3807 and € 5437 (scale 9)
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
• an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
