    Job responsibilities:

    • Transfer of mRNA/LNP analytical methods from customers and the global Wacker organization;
    • Planning, execution and reporting of sample testing from mRNA/LNP small-scale/laboratory runs, together with technician/junior scientist and process engineer;
    • Transfer of developed analytical methods, and potential troubleshooting, to the QC department of AMS and other international Wacker Biotech locations;
    • Participate in Project teams including communication to customers of Wacker Biotech;
    • Identify opportunities and propose improvements/investments that lead to higher quality or efficiency of the organization.

    Qualifications required:

    • Academic or HBO level of education in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or a related discipline;
    • Several years of experience in a biotech or biopharmaceutical environment, preferably experience with analytics of nucleotides and/or lipid nanoparticles;
    • Accurate, structured, flexible, and quality and safety-conscious;
    • Team player with a high degree of autonomy;
    • Good Dutch and English written and oral communicative skills;
    • You reside in and are eligble to work in the Netherlands (valid work permit).
