    Your responsibilities and tasks:

    As a scheduler, you use your experience in drawing up the master planning. You are responsible for setting up and monitoring the planning. In the preparation phase, you coordinate the detailed planning with the Service Support Engineers as well as the customer, keeping the focus on an effective and efficient implementation.
    If technical planning issues change, you will be in contact with the customer about this.
    In the execution phase, you are responsible for keeping track of the progress in relation to the desired time schedule.

    • Operational staff planning via Excel / Field Service Management module (SAP)
    • Together with the project leader and your team you ensure a good master planning and monitor it
    • You have a lot of customer contact regarding the planning of the work. You will discuss with the customer any planning issues that need to be rescheduled
    • Is oracle for all questions in planning
    • You coordinate the planning process of all preparation activities and additional projects
    • You consult with Service Support Team, Product Specialists and Service Sales team and thus create an optimal turnaround time and progress
    • Pro-active approach to plan all necessary Field Service Activities and being able to switch quickly to technical planning when necessary
    • Planning conflict management
    • Will be closely involved in the setup / roll-out of FSM module
    • Is key player for booking and organizing traveling for Field Service team
    • When necessary, you will support the Service Support Team in making contracts and offers
    • You have short lines of communication with the Field Service Engineers and guide them when necessary
    • Executing "helpdesk" activities towards the customer
    • Technical processing
    • Tracking customer needs
    • Advising customers on technical problems and overhauls
    • Making suggestions on possible technical/technological developments and optimization possibilities
    • Synchronizing with other internal departments and/or suppliers about alternative technical solutions to satisfy customer needs
    • Technical review of customer inquiries
    • Verification and documentation of technical protocols/reports

    Your profile and qualifications:

    • MBO/HBO with technical background
    • Excellent knowledge in tools and techniques
    • Good commercial skills
    • Very good product knowledge
    • Good knowledge of electronics and mechanics of plants/machines
    • English fluent oral and in writing
