    Sales Transformation Support

    Job Description

    This is a key role to support a successful transition of the Sales operations into KBS (Kraków Business Services). The job-holder will work with the Design Lead, Change Lead, KBS Sales, and the Local Sales team acting as a bridge to ensure a smooth handover of the tasks into KBS Sales. The person will be responsible for documenting the existing tasks, performing them in order to become fluent and have working expertise know-how. Additionally, it will be necessary to act as a trainer – handing over the knowledge to the new hires in KBS while still supporting daily operations if necessary. Being an expert in the usage of the system and having vast expertise the job-holder will be expected to come up with standardization and improvement ideas for the BNLX market and beyond.
    It's the temporary role for 2 years.

    Acting as a:

    • Transition Expert by:
      • Capturing knowledge & processes
      • Supporting training
      • Becoming systems expert
    • Support for strong Go Live by:
      • Being ready to use the system expertise in action, supporting daily operations when required
      • Training new team members on the procedures and systems
    • Ongoing support by:
      • Being a bridge between the BU and GBS
      • Identifying opportunities to standardize and improve processes and capabilities – both for BNLX and other markets based on their expertise and systems knowledge
      • Picking up temporary capacity issues
      • Being available to fill unexpected vacancies
