    Sales Support Representative (French and Italian Language)

    Black Box is growing! We are looking for a Sales Support Professional based in Utrecht, NL to join our great team!
    The Key Things we are looking for in our next colleague are: French and/or Italian Language abilities and Excellent Customer Service skills!
    The Sales Support Professional will support the Sales Team, Operations Team and the Black Box customers (internal and from the French/Italian region).
    *Primarily Roles & Responsibilities*

    • Support the transactional business of the Sales team by raising quotes and processing RMA, using our internal database system
    • Supporting our local teams as well as customers in the French region in the local language (French speaking)
    • Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer call backs in the local language
    • Keep and maintain consistent and accurate records in the database following customer contact
    • Handle all general and order specific customer enquiries within the account base (French region), ensuring accuracy and orders shipped on time.
    • Liaising with EMEA Operation team to ensure accurate lead times and delivery schedules are communicated to customers.
    • Maintain a high level of inter departmental and customer / supplier communication.
    • Provide administrative support to Sales team as required
    • Backlog control, solve logistics issues & queries, dummy/demo orders, export compliance
    • Any other function as deemed necessary by the Management Team

    Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

    • Near native fluency in French and English both written and spoken.
    • Experience from having worked and lived in one of the local countries (French region). Familiarity with the business and living culture is essential.
    • Experience preferably within an international shared services environment (business to business).
    • Excellent telephone manner, communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record of excellent customer services (internal and external) skills.
    • Must be PC Literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, Microsoft Dynamics AX
    • Systematic, methodical approach with good organisational skills
    • Tenacious and proactive approach to work
    • Diligent and detail focused
    • Ability to work to deadlines

    Education/Experience Requirements

    • You finished your relevant education and have at least three (3) years of work experience in an international shared services environment.
    • You have solid experience in an administrative role (essential)
    • You have solid experience in a customer focused telephone role (essential)
    • You are proactive, take initiative and are a self-starter
