    Our Online Sales Team is looking for support to manage processes with existing (and new) customers and you help laying the foundation for the success of the sales team. You are responsible for the accurate management of financial and commercial (administrative) flows and will work closely with our key account managers, internal and external stakeholders.

    You will deal with a broad scale of tasks from laying the foundations for accurate monitoring of our financial and commercial streams, to the continuous follow up and final reporting of the results. Next to the broad scope of tasks, you will be a key contributor to the continuous improvements of our ways of working, though, for example, consultation with a wide variety of solution-minded stakeholders.

    The broad scope makes the position very varied and exposed to different areas of expertise and is therefore ideally suited to develop yourself in different areas.     The role will be based in our Hoofddorp office (wider Amsterdam metropolitan area) with our Online Sales team.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Ensures smooth end-to-end (financial) administration of all online sales related financial streams.
    • Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) regarding the (financial) administration of the online sales related invoices, towards other functions such as Finance and Accounting.
    • Supports the Key Account Managers with accounts setup in the systems, creates new line forms, and takes part in e-retailers training when relevant.
    • Supports the different workstreams within Online Sales, monitors sell-out, and help to improve the team’s operations, data & information collection, aggregation, and consolidation
    • Contributes to the improvement of processes handling

    Desired Skills and Experience. The ideal candidate will have:

    • Higher vocational education in Business Administration, Economics, or another related field
    • Able to manage multiple variables at the same time
    • Good working knowledge of ERP system (preferably JD Edwards)
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Outstanding command of English and at least one other local main EU language, both written and verbal
    • Good analytical skills
    • Good interpersonal skills, including oral communication
    • Knowledge of Online Sales processes is nice to have
