    Sales Support Employee | French

    Job description

    As the Sales Support Employee you are the face of the company for both guests and internal and external colleagues. In this position you have a wide variety of tasks that lay within communication, administration, facility management and logistics. You will support the Sales and Project Coordinators in the administrative activities. Your day is very diverse as you will have ad-hoc issues coming up, but also support running projects. Activities in this role among others, are:
    • You assist and support the International Sales Support team by preparing training files and sending this over to participants.
    • Handling incoming calls and emails and being in contact with suppliers.
    • Coordinate (international) meetings and events by booking hotels and booking meeting rooms.
    • Assisting the Project Coordinators by preparing administration for the training projects ( Attendance list, sending out programs and invitations) and working on the evaluation of these.
    • Maintaining data in the CRM and ERP system
    • Support the Sales team by preparing and sending out invoices and confirmations to clients.


    In this position you are in direct contact with clients and internal and external stakeholders. Having excellent communication skills is therefore very important in this role. You are able to prioritize and able to make decisions. By having a service orientated and commercial attitude you are able to support your Team and clients. You are social, friendly and pro-active. Other requirements in this role are:
    • Minimum of 2 years working in a service orientated or commercial role
    • C2 level of French and a fluent level of English. A level of Dutch would be considered a plus.

    Working conditions

    • Contract directly with our client
    • Starting date: as soon as possible
    • Travel costs allowance, holiday allowance of 8% and a pension scheme
    • 25 holiday days
