While working in the International Sales Support Team you are the face of the company for both guests and internal and external colleagues. In this position you have a wide variety of tasks that lay within communication, administration, facility management and logistics. You will support the Sales and Project Coordinators in the administrative activities, but also coordinate together with the Sales Support team the reception and Office Management. Your day is very diverse as you will have ad-hoc issues coming up, but also support running projects. To work in this role it's important to be service orientated and communicative. Activities in this role among others, are:
As the face of the company you welcome guests and make sure that they are connected to the right person. This can be over the phone or at the reception in the office.
Handling incoming calls and emails and being in contact with suppliers.
Coordinate all post and parcels, and maintain the office and kitchen supplies.
Coordinate (international) meetings and events by booking hotels, organizing catering and booking meeting rooms.
Assisting the Project Coordinators by preparing administration for the training projects ( Attendance list, sending out programs and invitations) and working on the evaluation of these.
Maintaining data in the CRM and ERP system
Support the Sales team by preparing and sending out invoices and confirmations to clients.
Minimum of 2 years working in a service orientated or commercial role
C2 level of French and a fluent level of English. A level of Dutch would be considered a plus.

40 - 32 hours work week
