Sales Representative duties and responsibilities

• Be Knowledgeable about the product
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments
• Prospecting, screening and qualifying potential businesses through cold calling, emailing & approaching clients on LinkedIn and forums
• Attend conferences & events where you can talk potential prospects face to face and uncover their needs
• Evaluating prospects needs and explaining our products value proposition accordingly based on how it can help them with their training
• Schedule product demos for prospects with the sales director, and ensure a smooth handover during the sales process
• Able to communicate through social channels such as webcast, online meetings, product demo etc…
• Share insights within the sales & marketing team on the feedback you receive from prospects
• Use Salesforce to log, track, and maintain prospect records
• Ability to think outside the box square to generate your own leads

• Previous sales, business development or lead generation experience will be looked upon favorably
• The ability to communicate fluently in English, preferably with an American or English accent and another language is a plus : Spanish is highly favorable.
• Ambitious and willing to grow to have your own sales portfolio

Parttime and Fulltime: up to 40h per week
