As a Sales Production Coordinator you will be ensuring only the best package offers reach our site, and that they do so in the timeliest manner possible. Working side by side with our Contracts Managers, you will be responsible for managing the production of package sales, ensuring they are price checked, loaded in our internal CMS systems and signed off by Contracts Managers and/or suppliers with any amends.

As a Sales Production Coordinator, your job will consist of:
Ensuring only the best package offers reach our site, and that they do so in the timeliest manner possible. Working side by side with our Contracts Managers, you will be responsible for managing the production of package sales, ensuring they are price checked, loaded in our internal CMS systems and signed off by Contracts Managers and/or suppliers with any amends.
You'll be working on package deals delivered by our tour operator suppliers and on deals that are created and packaged in house. One day you could be working on a 1-week self-drive deal within Europe, next day you could be working on a 1-month cruise around the world. Depending on the deal type and the territory where the deal will be sold, there are different systems and procedures to work with.
Things you'll be working on:
Responsible for production of all package sales after Contracts team has agreed on commercial terms with the supplier
Reviewing pricing: Checking and recording pricing against competitors / OTA's
Responsibility for loading sale information into the internal CMS systems
Running a final approval check to ensure that each deal is correctly set-up
Sending deal previews to suppliers or Contracts Managers and managing any amends
Maintaining all live deals to a high standard by completing all live maintenance requests
Processing ad-hoc requests from suppliers / Contracts Managers in the CMS including rate amends and allocation updates
Helping on ad-hoc projects such as images, taking care of updating deals after travel restrictions have been lifted/announced, correcting systems discrepancies, etc. …
Working closely with suppliers (tour operators), Contracts Managers, Destination Management, Editorial, Images team and Customer Service teams
The deal breakers:
Fluent in English
Demonstrable attention to detail, taking total ownership for accuracy of output
Effective communicator, able to build professional relationships quickly
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively
Ability to show initiative
Demonstrate willingness to learn, develop your skills and go the extra mile
Knowledge of another language would be a plus
A genuine passion for luxury worldwide travel would be a plus
Cleared to work in the Netherlands
