• 37,50 hours per week
• Start: As soon as possible
• 1 year

Over de functie

You will process, monitor, and coordinate all activities related to the order pipeline and material claims.

Your main tasks:

• Coordinate activities to achieve timely and complete deliveries;
• Manage backorders including stock assignment leveling and conflicts;
• Monitor order flows, identify and resolve discrepancies and issues within the order process;
• Support the stock planning and replenishment process;
• Submit Claims to insurance broker;
• Create debit/credit note.

Job requirements:

• HBO education level;
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position (Order Operation / Back office/ Administrative);
• Knowledge of Order Processing (using SAP/ERP systems is preferred);
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel;
• Excellent knowledge of English language writing and speaking;
• Experience in an international work environment is ideal.
