    This role is part of our QSR & Coffee and Tea commercial team which is one of the five channels within FrieslandCampina Professional. In this channel we want to provide our international key accounts and their operators with the perfect beverage solution. Whether this solution is a powdered ingredient or a Lattiz machine, our team is the go to place. We are looking for someone who wants to embark on a journey within the Coffee & Tea team and more specifically leading our key accounts within the product segment of powdered ingredients.

    What we ask

    To be successful in this role you have/are:

    • WO or Bachelor level with relevant working experience (4 to 8 years) in Sales and/or Marketing
    • Experience in Food or Ingredients business is a plus as well as international work experience
    • Full professional proficiency in English and preferably another language (e.g. German or Spanish)
    • Strong entrepreneurial, analytical & commercial skills
    • Great influencing skills in a multi-cultural, multi-country, multi-disciplinary environment
    • A winning mentality and agility
    • And last but not least: you are passionate about coffee!

    Vacancy description

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic account management plans for our Coffee & Tea customers
    • Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with key customer(s) within the Coffee & Tea channel
    • Ownership of commercial results within scope of customers
    • Introduce and commercialize NPD’s and lead co-developments
    • Managing internal and external stakeholders on senior management level
    • Leading multi-disciplinary project teams (e.g. R&D, Finance, etc.)
    • Identify and capture market developments and opportunities
    • Identify ways to innovate (product/service/business model) within own scope of customers
