1. What you will do?
Get (very) excited by every lead your Marketing colleagues provide – your personalized and proactive follow-up proves you value their efforts
Boldly go where no competitor has gone before. If you think you’ve identified a prospect, feel free to cold call or flex your social selling muscles
Generate your own leads, go on the hunt for prospective clients, and wow them with our proposition
Map prospective accounts: how are they organized, what login technology do they currently use, who are the key decision makers and how can you reach them?
Conduct discovery meetings and present demos to prospects that underscore the added (business and end-user) value of our CIAM solution
Challenge your commercial and marketing colleagues as you see fit: if you think we can generate more/better/more valuable leads, share your wisdom!

3. Why join this team?
As Sales Development Representative, you join a(n almost embarrassingly) customer-obsessed team of sales professionals (3 direct colleagues) who are as passionate about their trade as they are about beating each other at foosball and squash. As the job title implies, ‘selling’ at Onewelcome is as much about nurturing (potential) accounts as signing contracts. Because, yes, we obviously want to close deals, but only deals that we’re 100% comfortable with. Whether you follow up on a lead from our marketers or use one of your own, developing a deep understanding of the customer (and their customers) is a prerequisite. It’s how we create win-win relationships.
In this role, you zoom in on our core markets in the Netherlands and Belgium. That mostly means cultivating ins with leading financial brands and other regulated industries. So your consultative skills will definitely be put to the test. We provide you with the tools to convert those opportunities. E.g. training, coaching by the Sales Development Lead, playbooks, (very) smart mailings, 360° insights, advanced online analytics and a fantastic product. And yes, we love to share with, learn from, and celebrate successes with each other. A lone sales cowboy may get the job done, but we prefer to work towards shared commercial goals as a full-fledged sales posse!

5. What we believe in?
We believe in the three C’s. Three, because people can’t remember four, and two is not a list! ;-).
The three C’s are fundamental to how we operate, both internally and externally. We always ask ourselves three questions, what do we commit to? how are going to collaborate in this? And once we have achieved this, how are we going to celebrate this?
Here is an external example. We have a new customer. We commit ourselves to onboard the customer in less than 3 months, we collaborate with the customer, which means OneWelcome needs to do things and the customer needs to do things, both need to deliver, to ensure the commitment. And upfront we define how we are going to celebrate this together, “press release, diner after go live, etc.”.
Here is an example. Our company has a growth challenge. We want to onboard customers for a new innovative proposition in less than 1 month. We commit ourselves to realise this, we have departments such as Engineering (adjust the product) and Professional service (standardize the onboarding), and Sales (prepare salesmaterial) work together on this. And upfront we decide we will go wake boarding and have a BBQ afterwards to celebrate the success once accomplished.

At least 1 year (the more, the merrier, but we are happy to show you the ropes) of sales or account development experience in SaaS, PaaS, or IT security
